Why do we get so caught up in thinking we know it that we’re so smart that we’re so right so wise what does it really gain us? Have we perhaps receive our reward when people think we’re smart Maybe we should look to God fear the Lord this respect it’s like standing in front of an ocean standing in front of a powerful animal that can easily trample you. We often have this strange thing about wisdom, the more we think we know the less wise that we are seem to be by others, but the more we acknowledge, we don’t know the more wisdom we are sad to have. It will be a healing for your flesh and a refreshment for your body. We’re going to turn back to Proverbs and continue in chapter 3 today we’re going to read both verses seven through eight do not be wise in your own eyes.
